Peace, one week at a time.

Know Yourself First
Discover your conflict style — fight, flight, fawn, or freeze — and where conflict shows up in your life.
Week 2
Hear Before You Speak
The art of listening — what makes us feel truly heard, and how messages get distorted.
Week 3
De-Escalate the Room
Reading tension, safe bystander moments, and calming conflict in real spaces — with a special guest.
Week 4
Resolution & Repair
A skit showcase, a gift & certificate ceremony, and a family celebration to close the circle.
Each session follows the same warm rhythm: welcome & snack → icebreaker → storytelling circle → breakout → lunch + game → real-life scenarios → reflection.
